Q: How much does the village card cost?

A: For a limited time (introductory period) the card will cost just £5.00*

*Residents aged over 60 pay just £2.50

Q. Where can I use my Village Card?

A: In participating shops and businesses based in Sunbury and Shepperton and surrounding areas.

Q. Is the discount the same in each shop?

A. Each shop/business will set it’s own discount and may run various special offers for Village Card holders.

Q. How will I find the participating shops and businesses?

A. Look for the Village Card logo displayed in participating outlets or check here on www.losbc.org/villagecard

Q. Is there any personal information on the card?

A. The card does not contain any personal information. All cards display an expiry date and unique card number to help identify your card if lost.

Q. Can anyone in the family have a card each?

A. Yes, providing they are aged 18 and over

Q. Where do I get one now?

A. Apply on-line or pick up an application form in participating outlets and take or post it to the address on the application form.

Q. How will I receive my Village Card?

A. Your Village Card will be posted within 28 days of receiving your application
